We just got back from Houston today after dog-sitting for the Roes. After a nice walk to the nearby grocery store (Central Market), I decided to make stir fry so that I could use our wok for the first time. It was a wedding gift from Nate's brother's sweet girlfriend, Grace.

Is your stove gas or electric?
It's an electric stove, which took a little getting used to since we had a gas one in our Madison apartment.
