Last weekend, Josienne and Jared payed us a lovely visit. When they first arrived, they brought us a perfect house-warming gift: a Brewers tapper for our kegerator! Which then inspired us to go directly to buying a keg for the weekend...well, a half barrel that is.
On Saturday, we tailgated with a group of people that Jared knows from Rice. It was amazing! I've never seen tailgating quite like that: trailer-sized grills filled with brisket, whole chickens and full racks of ribs. Plus, flat panel TVs everywhere for those not going into the stadium. It was a great time.
After that, we went downtown for some more fun. We went to Antone's to see the band, What Made Milwaukee Famous. We loved it and bought a vinyl album from them. It is white vinyl, which I had never seen before.
