Why didn't you use your super cool griddle?
We made tacos, we just tossed some Nueske's bacon ends to lube up the skillet. The griddle would have made a mess on the stove, which we all know is a Cardinal sin in the eyes of the Piette/(Herrera-Bechle) twins.
