A few Christmases ago Domi got me an iRoast2 from Sweet Maria's following a recommendation from her Pa. Since then, every cup of coffee we've had at home has been home-roasted. I prefer to buy my green beans locally, but we've yet to locate an Austin coffee shop with both good coffee and green beans for sale. In the meantime, all of our coffee comes from Sweet Maria's. This was the motherload shipment of 10 pounds! Nothing beats fresh, home-roasted coffee... well, maybe fresh, home-brewed beer, but they're of the same family.
