We ventured down the road to a beer festival hosted by our local Flying Saucer. There were five tents total representing different regions of the US. Unfortunately there were no Wisconsin beers, but plenty of other drinkable brews. My favorite was a cask conditioned Stone IPA. It certainly was no Great Taste of the Midwest, but still a good time. Still searching for good Texas beer though...
